This Privacy Policy is concerning 21YunBox.com and 21YunBox-related software, tools, and services.

21YunBox ("us", "we", or "our") respects your privacy. Whether you are a visitor to 21YunBox.com, other websites under the 21YunBox.com or 21CloudBox domain ("Site"), and or a user who uses our software, tools, and related services (collectively, our "Services"), this Privacy Policy is intended to demonstrate our commitment to transparency when it comes to your personal information.

By using any of 21YunBox's Services, you confirm you have agreed to the Terms of Service and read and understood this Privacy Policy.

Defining key terms

In our Privacy Policy, we define "Users" as visitors to our Site as well as customers who use our Services. Visitors, users, and customers of our User's sites are "End Users". Unless otherwise defined, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of Service.

21YunBox offers a variety of services that are collectively referred to as the "Services." 21YunBox collects information from individuals who visit the Company's Website ("Visitors") and individuals who register to use the Services ("Customers"). When expressing an interest in obtaining additional information about the Services or registering to use the Services, 21YunBox may require you to provide the Company with personal contact information, such as name, company name, address, phone number, and email address ("Required Contact Information"). When purchasing the Services, 21YunBox may require you to provide the Company with financial qualification and billing information, such as billing name and address, credit card number, and the details of employees within the organization that will be using the Services ("Billing Information"). 21YunBox may also ask you to provide additional information, such as company annual revenues, number of employees, or industry ("Optional Information"). Required Contact Information, Billing Information, and Optional Information are referred to collectively as "Data About 21YunBox Customers." The Company uses Data About 21YunBox Customers to perform the services requested. The Company may also use Data About 21YunBox Customers for marketing purposes. For example, the Company may use information you provide to contact you to further discuss your interest in the Services and to send you information regarding the Company and its partners. 21YunBox uses credit card information solely to check the financial qualifications of prospective Customers and to collect payment for the Services. 21YunBox uses Website Navigational Information to operate and improve the Company's Website. The Company may also use Website Navigational Information alone or in combination with Data About 21YunBox Customers to provide personalized information about the Company. Employee Data is only used for the purposes of facilitating the performance of certain administrative tasks and functions relating to general employment and for processing and investigating reports under the Company's codes and policies ("Employee Data Purposes").

Public Forums, Refer a Friend, and Customer Testimonials

21YunBox may provide bulletin boards, blogs, or chat rooms on the Company's Website. Any personal information you choose to submit in such a forum may be read, collected, or used by others who visit these forums, and may be used to send you unsolicited messages. 21YunBox is not responsible for the personal information you choose to submit in these forums. Customers and Visitors may elect to use the Company's referral program to inform friends about the Company's Website. When using the referral program, the Company requests the friend's name and email address. 21YunBox will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the Company's Website. 21YunBox does not store this information. 21YunBox may post a list of Customers and testimonials on the Company's Website that contain information such as Customer names and titles. 21YunBox obtains the consent of each Customer prior to posting any information on such a list or posting testimonials.

Sharing of Information Collected

21YunBox may share Data About 21YunBox Customers with the Company's service providers so that these service providers can contact Customers and Visitors who have provided contact information on our behalf. 21YunBox may also share Data About 21YunBox Customers with the Company's service providers to ensure the quality of information provided. Unless described in this Privacy Policy, 21YunBox does not share, sell, rent, or trade any information provided with third parties for their promotional purposes. From time to time, 21YunBox may partner with other companies to jointly offer products or services. If you purchase or specifically express interest in a jointly-offered product or service from 21YunBox, the Company may share Data About 21YunBox Customers collected in connection with your purchase or expression of interest with our joint promotion partner(s), once 21YunBox has notified you of the information to be shared and obtained your consent to the sharing of the information. 21YunBox does not control our business partners' use of the Data About 21YunBox Customers we collect, and their use of the information will be in accordance with their own privacy policies. 21YunBox may use third-party service providers to manage credit card processing. Such service providers will not be permitted to store, retain, or use Billing Information except for the sole purpose of credit card processing on the Company's behalf. 21YunBox reserves the right to use or disclose information provided if required by law or if the Company reasonably believes that use or disclosure is necessary to protect the Company's rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process. Employee Data is only disclosed to third parties for the Employee Data Purposes. In no case does the Company disclose to third parties Employee Data for any incompatible purpose without first notifying the data subject and providing the data subject with an opportunity to affirmatively opt-out or object to such use or disclosure.

Users from outside of China

21YunBox and its Services are based in the People's Republic of China, and the Company's offices are headquartered in the People's Republic of China. Please be aware that information you provide to 21YunBox that it obtains as a result of your use of the Services may be processed and transferred to the People's Republic of China and be subject to People's Republic of China law. This information may also be processed by staff working for the Company or for one of its suppliers in the People's Republic of China. By using the Website, participating in any of the Services, or by providing 21YunBox with your information, you consent to this collection, transfer, storage, and processing of information to and in the People's Republic of China. 21YunBox will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely in accordance with this privacy policy.

Communications Preferences; Opt In Policy

21YunBox offers Customers and Visitors who provide contact information a means to choose how the Company uses the information provided. You may manage your receipt of marketing and non-transactional communications by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link located on the bottom of the Company's marketing emails. Additionally, you may send a request specifying your communications preferences to hello@21yunbox.com. If, at any time after registering, you change your mind about receiving information from us or about the use of information volunteered by you, please send us a request specifying your new choice. How does this Privacy Policy apply?

This Privacy Policy describes what we do with personal information that we collect and use for our own purposes (i.e., where we are a controller), such as your account information and information about how you use and interact with our Services, including information that you submit to our customer support channels and certain information relating to your End Users.

If you use a Third Party Service - such as Google - to register for an Account, the Third Party Service may provide us with your Third Party Service account information on your behalf. This information includes your name and email address. Your privacy settings on Third Party Services generally control what they share with us.

When you provide or update your Payment Information for our Services, we transmit it via an encrypted connection to our Payment Processor, Stripe. Stripe processes your payment information in accordance with Stripe's Privacy Policy. Payment Information may include but is not limited to, your shipping and billing address, name, and email ("Payment Information").

Why do we collect such information?

We use the personal information we obtain from you to:

Provide and operate our Services.

• To communicate with you, such as by sending emails about Service-related announcements or transactions.

• To improve, customize, and further develop our Services, based on your activity on or interaction with our Services.

• To provide you support regarding our Services, such as ongoing customer assistance and technical support.

• To contact you with general or personalized service-related notices or marketing material (subject to your marketing preferences).

• To facilitate, manage, and administer certain contests, surveys, quizzes, or promotions related to our Services.

Service Providers. The Services are integrated with various Third-Party services and applications (collectively, "Third Party Services") that may make available to you their content and products. We employ these Third Party companies and individuals to facilitate our Services, to provide the Services on our behalf, to perform Service-related services, or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. We may also include links to applications and websites other than the Services, including those operated by third parties and affiliates. It's important to remember that if you delete or limit the use of your personal information, the Service may not function properly.

You can also elect not to receive marketing-related communications from us by following the unsubscribe link (or of similar phrasing) or instructions included in any communications we send.

Please note that, for technical reasons, there is likely to be a delay in deleting your personal information from our systems when you request for us to delete it. We also will retain personal information in order to comply with the law, protect our and others' rights, resolve disputes or enforce our legal terms or policies, to the extent permitted under applicable law.

If you are an End User of one of our User's sites, you should contact them to exercise your rights with respect to any information they hold about you.

Data Transfers

Your End Users' payment information may be processed via Third Party eCommerce Payment Processors with which you integrate your Account, in accordance with such eCommerce Payment Processors' terms and policies. We transmit your End Users' complete payment information when they initially provide or update it only so that we can pass it along to the eCommerce Payment Processors you agree to use. We don't collect or store your End Users' payment information.

Access to your personal information

You retain all rights to your personal information and can access it anytime. We will take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your personal information. You can update many types of personal information, such as contact or payment information, directly within your account settings. If you are unable to change your personal information within your account settings, please contact us to make the required changes. It's important to remember that if you delete or limit the use of your personal information, the Service may not function properly.
